Alex Lawton is Chief Executive Officer of Clear Street U.K. and Europe, where he leads the firm’s regional strategy and day-to-day operations, focused on sustainable growth, client relationships and expanding Clear Street’s product footprint across the region. He brings more than 30 years of experience in financial markets and infrastructure, with deep expertise in prime services, securities finance and equities. Prior to joining Clear Street, Lawton held senior leadership roles at State Street, Barclays Investment Bank and Bank of America.
