Kenneth Sicklick

Ken Sicklick serves as Chief Legal Officer of Clear Street. In this capacity, he oversees all aspects of Clear Street’s legal function. Ken served as outside counsel to Clear Street from the day of its founding and joined the team in-house in 2021. Ken joined Clear Street from Goulston & Storrs, where he was a corporate director (i.e., partner). Ken worked at Willkie Farr & Gallagher prior to his time at Goulston. During his 18 years of experience in large law firms, Ken focused on M&A, capital markets, venture capital and complex restructuring transactions, and he served as outside general counsel to select clients.
